New Adult Sunday School Series: "Forged in Revolution: The Creation & History of the Episcopal Church." Sundays at 9 AM in the Parish Hall. Jan.7 to Feb. 11. No Sunday School Jan. 21.
Join us Wednesdays starting September 13 at 10:00 AM for the Rector's Bible Study in the Parish Hall.
Our topic will be the book of Genesis--the first book of the Bible and the only book that almost everyone has read portions of. Come learn about our spiritual patriarchy, matriarchs, and the dynasties that have shaped faith for thousands of years. Genesis a controversial book, but also an interesting, funny, and insightful one too! It is also where people give-up reading the Bible.
This study is for people of all levels and abilities. Whether you are familiar with the Bible or a relative newcomer, you will enjoy this study. The goal is to deepen our understanding of the text and to have a good time doing. There won't be any homework, but be sure to bring your Bibles!
Questions are comments, contact Ben Maddison at firstname.lastname@example.org.
