Every Wednesday at 10:15 AM
Hybrid (In-person & Online)
The next book being studied in the Rector’s Bible Study is the Gospel of Matthew. The Gospel according to Matthew, also called the Gospel of Matthew, or simply Matthew is the first book of the New Testament and one of the three synoptic Gospels. It tells how Israel's Messiah, rejected and executed in Israel, pronounces judgment on Israel and its leaders and becomes the salvation of the gentiles.
Matthew contains the most number of scriptural and thematic connections to the Hebrew Scriptures (or Old Testament) and connects the history of God’s people to the revelation of Jesus Christ and Lord and Messiah. You won’t want to miss it!
